- Click on the Mobile Banking tab in Synovus Online Banking.
- Follow the enrollment steps.

Basic Text Commands
Text the following commands to SNVBNK (768265):
Retrieves the account balance. More than one text may be received if you have more than one account associated with online banking.
HIST + Account nickname
Returns 10 transactions. The account nickname is assigned by you during the enrollment process.
MORE or NEXT
These are follow-up commands.
If used after HIST they will return the next 10 transactions.
If used after ATM or BRANCH they will return additional location information.
Retrieves 2 closest ATM locations listed in order of proximity. Include a zip code; city & state; or street address, city & state in the text.
